Features the Virgin Mary at the center, with St. Joseph and the infant Jesus on the left and the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the right. The inscription around the medal reads "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee".
The other side features St. Christopher, Joseph & Jesus and The Sacred Heart Jesus.
