The NYS Running Team takes 2nd place at the Healthy Hop 5K!

At the Geneva Healthy Hop 5K Run this Saturday, NYS had a strong showing, placing a close second as a team behind some other, less interestingly dressed folks. :)

We braced the frigid temperatures ("feel like 13 degrees" at the start) and had a blast. We'll be running in various races through the year - if you're interested in joining us, let us know.
